Zusammenfassung
Als Hypersplenismus oder Hyperspleniesyndrom bezeichnet man folgenden Symptomenkomplex:
-
periphere Zytopenie (Verminderung der Zellen des peripheren Blutes, wobei die einzelnen Zellreihen unterschiedlich stark betroffen sein können);
-
zellreiches (hyperregeneratorisches) Knochenmark;
-
Splenomegalie;
-
Besserung der Zytopenie nach Splenektomie.
