Zusammenfassung

In der Therapie maligner Erkrankungen sind in den vergangenen Jahren erhebliche Fortschritte erzielt worden, die einem zunehmenden Anteil von Patienten die Möglichkeit einer effektiven antineoplastischen Behandlung eröffnet haben. Dieser Erfolg ist in erster Linie auf die Entwicklung aktiver zytostatischer Substanzen und ihren kombinierten Einsatz zurückzuführen.
