Zusammenfassung

Primär im Niereninterstitium lokalisierte, in der Regel abakterielle, nicht eitrige und nicht destruktive Entzündung, bei der Glomeruli, Tubuli und Gefäße sekundär in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden können. Durch diese Begriffsbestimmung wird das Krankheitsbild gegen die bakterielle Entzündung des Niereninterstiti-ums, d.h. die Pyelonephritis abgegrenzt. Häufigkeit im allgemeinen Sektionsgut etwa 1,7% [5,13,14].
