Zusammenfassung

Die glomerulären Erkrankungen lassen sich in entzündliche Formen, sog. Glomerulonephritiden und in nichtentzündliche Formen, sog. Glomerulopathien untergliedern. Erkrankungen, die sich zu Beginn ausschließlich im Bereich der Glomeruli manifestieren, werden als primäre Glomerulonephritiden bezeichnet. Glomerulonephritiden, die im Rahmen von entzündlichen Systemerkrankungen (z.B. bei systemischem Lupus erythematodes) auftreten, werden sekundäre Glomerulonephritiden genannt. Glomerulopathien werden beim Diabetes mellitus und im Rahmen der Amyloidosen beobachtet.
