Zusammenfassung

Für die Lungengerüsterkrankungen gibt es, verglichen mit den häufigeren obstruktiven Bronchopneumopathien wenig Gesichertes in der Therapie. Mit Ausnahme der Verabreichung von Kortikosteroiden sind essentielle kurative Möglichkeiten immer noch unsicher. Diese Sachlage erfordert um so intensivere Überlegungen zur Ätiopathogenese, damit die Heilungschancen durch Beseitigung exogenätiologischer oder endogenpathogenetischer Kausalfaktoren voll genutzt werden. Hierdurch wird auch der Weg zu einer begründeten Prophylaxe gezeigt. Schließlich bietet sich zur Problemlösung noch die therapeutische Beeinflussung sekundärer und komplikativer Krankheitserscheinungen an.
