Zusammenfassung

Als Erkrankungen der Pleura werden Entzündungen, Ergüsse, tumoröse Veränderungen sowie verschiedene Formen des Pneumothorax bezeichnet. Pleuraerkrankungen treten mit und ohne begleitende Lungenerkrankung auf. Häufigste Ursachen sind Pneumonie, Tuberkulose, Lungeninfarkt oder Malignome.
