In der normalen Schwangerschaft kommt es zu einer Reihe anatomischer und funktioneller Veränderungen, deren Kenntnis für die Beurteilung renaler Schwangerschaftskomplikationen bedeutsam ist (Übersicht 34.1, Abb. 34.1).
