Zu den interstitiellen Nephritiden werden auch die akute und chronische Pyelonephritis gerechnet. Aufgrund ihrer Beziehung zu den Harnwegsinfektionen werden sie jedoch dort besprochen (siehe Kapitel 30, Harnwegsinfektionen).
