Atrial Enlargement and Other Abnormalities of the p Wave

Abstract

Pathologic p waves in sinus rhythm are not as important as QRS alterations. However, abnormal p waves may give some hint of hemodynamic abnormalities, especially if they are associated with pathologic QRS complexes.
