Systemisches Denken und therapeutischer Prozeß

Zusammenfassung

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, ein Verfahren zu diskutieren, das dem Therapeuten dabei helfen kann, die Wirkung seines professionellen Handelns in systematischer Weise zu beurteilen und das daneben dem Forscher Information über den Wirkzusammenhang von Therapieprozeß und Therapieerfolg liefert. Dies erscheint uns deshalb notwendig, da Familientherapie eine von Klienten oder durch Dritte (Krankenkassen, Versicherungen, Gemeinden etc.) bezahlte professionelle Dienstleistung ist, die bestimmten Qualitätsstandards wie jede andere Dienstleistung genügen muß, es der Forschung bisher aber nicht gelungen ist, einen systematischen Zusammenhang zwischen dem vielfach belegten Therapieerfolg aus der Sicht der Klienten und den klinischen Konzepten, die das therapeutische Handeln anleiten sollen, nachzuweisen.
