Abstract
In their jobs, people often attach less importance to the absolute amount of their income than to the observance of norms of justice and fairness. Both distributive fairness (in terms of results) and procedural fairness (how decisions are made and people are treated) play a role. These aspects are investigated in the research conducted into the concept of justice.
