Zusammenfassung

Dem zu einer Freiheitsstrafe Verurteilten soll sich dem Idealbild von der Strafanstalt als einer problemlösenden therapeutischen Gemeinschaft gemäß eine Fülle von Interaktionsbereichen bieten. In dem ihm zur Verfügung stehenden sozialen Raum werden Lernfelder geschaffen, welche dem Insassen die Chancen eröffnen, im Sinne des Vollzugszieles nach § 2 S. 1 StVollzG künftig ein sozial verantwortliches Leben ohne Straftaten zu führen.
