Abstract
A peculiarity of hybrid spirally reinforced rod elements is the possibility to vary their structural and geometrical parameters, type of ingredients and reinforcing layers within a wide range. In this connection, the problem of optimizing their structure and formulation is very important. The optimal criteria for designing structural elements and the strategy of finding the solution are chosen proceeding from operational conditions and/or available design and technological bases of the structure. Many design situations are solved by the minimization problem of some quality function within a set space of optimized parameters and restrictions on a complex of limiting states.
