Zusammenfassung

Die Vielfalt hämatologischer und immunologischer Erkrankungen erfordert eine Beschränkung auf häufige Krankheitsbilder. In diesem Kapitel nehmen die malignen hämatologischen Erkrankungen den größten Raum ein. Da sich Blut und Immunsystem über den ganzen Körper verteilen, ergeben sich zahlreiche überschneidungen mit organbezogenen Fächern wie Kardiologie, Pneumologie, Nephrologie, Orthopädie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie, auf die bei Gelegenheit hingewiesen wird.
