Zusammenfassung
Die Oberflächengestaltung von Software und die Einbeziehung der Anwender in den Entwicklungsprozeß geschieht bei marktgängigen Softwarepaketen noch weitgehend unsystematisch, obwohl von der arbeitspsychologischen Seite bereits vielversprechende theoretische Gestaltungsansätze vorgelegt wurden.
