Arthroskopische AC-Gelenk-Resektion

Zusammenfassung

Bei Beschwerden im Schultergürtelbereich sollte immer differentialdiagnostisch an eine Mitbeteiligung des Schultereckgelenks gedacht werden. Viele therapieresistente Schulterbeschwerden können durch eine isolierte Akromioklavikulargelenkerkrankung oder als Kombination einer Akromioklavicularerkrankung mit einer subakromialen Pathologie erklärt werden. Dabei ist es in Einzelfällen schwierig, ein subakromiales Impingement-Syndrom von den Beschwerden zu unterscheiden, die durch ein osteoarthrotisch oder osteolytisch verändertes laterales Klavikulaende verursacht sind.
