Rezidivierende Bauchschmerzen zählen zu den häufigsten Beschwerdebildern im Kindesalter. Wir beziehen uns in diesem Beitrag auf die Definition von Apley u. Naish [3], die in der Literatur die weiteste Verbreitung gefunden hat.
