sowie alle Funktionselemente und Komponenten, die zur Abgrenzung des Reinen Bereichs von Sciner Umgebung gehñren, also Reinraumwände, -decken und -bñden. Die Reinraumanlage hat die Aufgabe, ein optimales Umfeld für sensible Produktionsprozesse zu schaffen. Hierzu gehñrt primär die sichere Reinstluftversorgung. Mit zunehmender Komplexität der Produkte und Produktionsprozesse erhñht sich nicht nur die geforderte Reinheitsklasse der Luft, sondern es müssen darüber hinaus prozessspezifisch eine Reihe weiterer Einflussgrñßen kontrolliert und begrenzt werden, die von wesentlicher Bedeutung für die Konzeption und Gestaltung der gesamten Anlage Scin kñnnen (Abb. 7.1).
