Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag werden Fragen, Probleme und insbesondere Methoden der Schmerzmessung behandelt. Methoden der klinischen Schmerzmessung stehen im Vordergrund. Zunächst wird eine Systematik erarbeitet, die sich auf die Aspekte „Datenebenen“, „Datenquellen“, „Zeitbezug der Information“ und „Methodengruppe“ konzentriert. Im Hauptteil wird beispielhaft von diagnostischen Methoden berichtet, die im Schnittpunkt dieser 4 Aspekte liegen. Ziel der Darstellung soll es sein, daß der Leser auf konkrete Fragen bezüglich der Anwendung einer diagnostischen Methode ein konkretes Angebot bekommt und erfährt, wo er Genaueres darüber nachlesen kann. Interview, Exploration bzw. Anamnese werden in diesem Beitrag ausgespart.
