Zusammenfassung

Es wird im Folgenden ein Überblick über die wichtigsten Schmerzsyndrome gegeben. Hierbei handelt es sich um Polyneuropathien, Schmerzen bei Herpes Zoster und Engpasssyndrome. Dargestellt werden der Deafferenzierungs-, Ischämie -und Tumorschmerz, ebenso wie das Schulter-Arm-Syndrom und der zervikogene Kopfschmerz. Ätiologievorstellungen und mögliche Therapiemaßnahmen werden erläutert.
