Zusammenfassung

Aggression, Scham, Sexualität und emotionale Kränkung gehören zu den Grundthemen des menschlichen Lebens. So ist es nur natürlich, dass diese Themen auch im Psychodrama immer wieder eine mehr oder minder große Rolle spielen. Die Arbeit mit diesen und ähnlichen Themen stellt selbst für erfahrene Psychodramatikerinnen einen Drahtseilakt dar, bei dem es

  • methodische Aspekte,

  • die besondere Verletzlichkeit der → Protagonistin,

  • sensible Gruppenprozesse und möglicherweise auch

  • persönliche Lebensthemen und Schwachpunkte der Leiterin auszubalancieren gilt.

»Da sie an Handlung gebunden sind und Defizite im verbalen Bereich aufweisen, können diese Patienten [Traumapatienten] ihre inneren Zustände häufig besser in Form von körperlichen Bewegungen oder Bildern artikulieren als mit Hilfe von Worten. Die Verwendung von (...) und Psychodrama kann ihnen helfen, eine Sprache zu entwickeln, die entscheidend ist für effektive Kommunikation und für die symbolische Transformation, die in der Psychotherapie vonstatten gehen kann« (Kolk, 1996, S. 195*).

Dieses Grundlagenwerk zurTraumatherapie bietet eine ebenso übersichtliche wie fundierte Einführung in die Genese, Symptomatik und Behandlung traumatischer Erlebnisse. Aufgrund seines einführenden Charakters ist es auch für die nichttherapeutische Arbeit mit Minimaltraumatisierungen lehr- und hilfreich.

Louise Reddemann, eine der führenden Traumatherapeutinnen, stellt in diesem Buch eine Auswahl von Übungen dar, die das innere Erleben der Patientinnen fokussieren und die gut in ein psychodramatisches Therapiekonzept eingebunden werden können. Eine gute, praxisorientierte Ergänzung zum Grundlagen werk von Fischer und Riedesser.

Reinhard T Krüger stellt in seinem Beitrag die Grundzüge der psychodramatischen Traumabearbeitung auf der Grundlage der Rollen- und der Kreativitätstheorie dar. Hildegard Pruck-ner erläutert ihr Konzept für die Therapie traumatisierter Kinder, das sich auch für die Arbeit mit Erwachsenen eignet. Christian Stadler erklärt ausführlich die Traumaexpositionstechniken »sicherer Ort« und »innerer Helfer«. Einen sehr guten Überblick bietet auch Krügers Zusammenfassung des Sammelbands von Kellermann u. Hudgins (2000) zum Thema Trauma (► s. Literaturverzeichnis).
