Zusammenfassung

Der Hyperparathyreoidismus überfällt den Organismus mit den direkten Folgen des Parathormonexzesses am Knochen bzw. den durch die Hyperkalzämie hervorgerufenen unspezifischen Krankheitssymptomen (beim primären und tertiären Hyperparathyreoidismus). Ähnlich sieht der Pseudohyperparathyreoidismus der Tumorhyperkalzämie aus. Beim sekundären Hyperparathyreoidismus fehlt das Hyperkalzämiesyndrom, die Wirkungen des PTH-Exzesses am Knochen stehen im Vordergrund.
