Zusammenfassung

Die Arzneitherapie medizinischer Notfälle ist durch ständig neue pathophysiologische und therapeutische Erkenntnisse zum einen einem steten Wandel unterworfen, zum anderen existieren in einigen Bereichen unterschiedliche, zum Teil gar diskrepante Therapieansätze. Die im Folgenden dargestellten therapeutischen Konzepte der Notfallmedizin, die dabei eingesetzten Medikamente und deren Dosierungen entsprechen dem Konsens aktueller Literaturempfehlungen, können jedoch im Einzelfall von klinikinternen Behandlungsschemata abweichen. Im Einzelnen werden folgende Notfallsituationen behandelt:

  • Kardialer Notfall

  • Anaphylaktischer Schock

  • Status asthmaticus

  • Status epilepticus

  • Hyperglykämie/Hypoglykämie

  • Vergiftungen
