Zusammenfassung

I. Die 1872 von George Huntington (5) klinisch und genetisch zutreffend beschriebene, von Panse (18) sogenannte “Erbchorea” ist monogen, d.h. durch eine einzelne Erbanlage bedingt. Der Nachweis selbständiger, durch andere Erbanlagen verursachter (heterogener) Formen dieser Krankheit ist bisher nicht gelungen (15, 2).
