Enthesopathie,

Assoziation zu HLA B27,
-
positive Familienanamnese für Spondylitis ankylosans, Psoriasisarthritis, chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen,
-
extraartikuläre Manifestationen wie akute Iritis, Haut-und Schleimhautmanifestationen,
-
fehlende Rheumafaktoren, fehlende bzw. niedrigtitrige antinukleäre Antikörper.
