Zusammenfassung

Nach spindelförmiger bzw. elliptoider Exzision eines Krankheitsherdes erfolgt der Wundverschluß durch Adaptation der Wundränder mittels Einzelknopf- oder fortlaufender Naht (Abb. 40a). Zur besseren Wundrandadaptation kann es erforderlich sein, insbesondere bei tief subkutan reichenden Inzisionen, einige Subkutannähte zu plazieren.
