Zusammenfassung

Eine Sonderstellung im Rahmen der operativen Eingriffe an den unteren Extremitäten nimmt die Behandlung der primären Varikosis ein. Das moderne Therapiekonzept sieht vor, daß die selektive, stadiengerechte und dem jeweiligen individuellen Befund angepaßte Varizenchirurgie den radikalen schematisierenden Verfahren unbedingt vorzuziehen ist.
