Zusammenfassung

Verschiedene periphere Vasodilatatoren werden heutzutage zur Behandlung der Herzinsuffizienz verwendet. Die Ansichten über den Wirkungsmechanismus von Nitroglycerin und Isosorbiddinitrat gehen jedoch weit auseinander [1, 2, 4, 6]. Wir untersuchten die hämodynamischen Wirkungen von intravenös appliziertem Isosorbiddinitrat bei 22 Patienten mit chronischer, therapierefraktärer Herzinsuffizienz (Tabelle 1).
