Zusammenfassung

Defekt im Zwerchfell mit Verlagerung von Bauchorganen in die Thoraxhöhle, zu 80% linksseitig. Inzidenz 1: 3000. Beim Prolaps fehlt ein Bruchsack, bei der Hernie bilden Pleura und Peritoneum einen nachgiebigen Bruchsack. Verlagert sind Dünnund Dickdarm, Magen, linker Leberlappen und Milz, seltener auch Niere und Nebenniere, bei rechtsseitigen Defekten Leber und Dickdarm.
