Hypnose: Einführung für Anfänger

Zusammenfassung

Ein einstündiger Workshop mit theoretischer Information, praktischen Übungen und einer Ersthypnose.

Theorie:

• 1. Allgemeine Bedingungen der Hypnosetherapie: Klient und hypnotische Arbeit finden sich in einem hochkomplexen System von Umwelteinflüssen und persönlicher Ausstattung und Entwicklung. Ein Modell bedeutsamer Systemebenen und ein prozessual-systemisches Modell menschlich-sozialer Problembearbeitung werden kurz vorgestellt.

• 2. Prozeßarbeit und Hypnose:

  • a) Bewußtheit als Prozeß,

  • b) Selbstverantwortung,

  • c) Streßbewältigung,

  • d) Motivation zur Hypnosetherapie,

  • e) Selbstverantwortung im Trancezustand.

Praxis:

• 1. Übungen in Bewußtheit.

• 2. Einleitung zur Ersthypnose.

A model of influential system levels and a processual-systemic model of human work on human problems are briefly introduced.

• 2. The Process of Hypnotic Work:

  • a) Awareness as process,

  • b) Self-responsibility,

  • c) The mastering of stress,

  • d) Motivation for hypnotic therapy,

  • e) Self-control in hypnotic state.
