Zusammenfassung

Um den Rahmen dieser Darstellung nicht zu sprengen, wird auf die Echokardiographie nicht eingegangen. Es soll lediglich die Abgrenzung pleuropulmonaler Läsionen von denen des Perikards kurz aufgezeigt werden. Andererseits kann der Ultraschaller auch ohne Kenntnis der eigentlichen Echokardiographie einige wichtige Veränderungen am Perikard im Rahmen der Thoraxsonographie beurteilen, beispielsweise eine Herzbeuteltamponade.
