Zusammenfassung
Wenn eine Pumpe wesentlich unter dem Bestpunktförderstrom arbeitet, spricht man von Teillastbetrieb; bei kleiner spezifischer Drehzahl kann man diesen etwa bei q* < 0,8 — bei großem nq etwa bei q* < 0,9 — annehmen. Weil Schaufeleintrittswinkel und Kanalquerschnitte für den reduzierten Förderstrom zu groß sind, ändert sich die Strömung im Teillastbereich gegenüber dem Auslegungspunkt grundsätzlich: sie wird stark 3-dimensional, und bei genügend niedrigem Durchfluß entstehen Ablösungen und schließlich Rückströmungen am Laufradeintritt und -austritt. Ein relativ einfaches Mittel, qualitativen Aufschluß über die Laufradströmung zu erhalten, sind stroboskopische Beobachtungen von Fadensonden. Auf diese Weise gewonnene Strömungsbilder in einem Radialrad von nq = 22 sind in Abb. 5.1 dargestellt [B.20]: man erkennt, daß die Strömung bei q* > 0,8 anliegt, während bei geringerem Förderstrom zunehmend große Zonen mit Ablösung und Rückströmung beobachtet werden Ähnliche Strömungsbilder wurden an Laufrädern von nq = 26 und 33 gefunden.
