Zusammenfassung
Wenn Maßnahmen zur Verhütung oder auch zur Bekämpfung übertragbarer Krankheiten geplant werden, so müssen stets die Übertragungswege des jeweiligen Erregers berücksichtigt werden. Infektionskrankheiten, die leicht und z.B. aerogen übertragen werden, erfordern andere Strategien als solche, deren Erreger sich auf dem Wege der Schmier- und Schmutzinfektion ausbreiten. Wieder andere Vorgehensweisen sind bei Infektionen notwendig, die überwiegend oder sogar nahezu ausschließlich als genitale Kontaktinfektion weitergegeben werden können (Leidel 1989).
