Vom therapeutischen Standpunkt aus können auch die pertrochantere und die subtrochantere Femurfraktur diesen Frakturen zugeordnet werden [9]. Größere Bedeutung für die ärztliche Versorgung hat der Frakturwinkel nach Pauwels (Abb. 44).
