Zusammenfassung

Die beiden Kreuzbänder bilden das Kernstück der Kniegelenkkinematik (We. Müller 1977), sie sind die primären Stabilisatoren gegen die anteroposteriore Translation der Tibia (Butler et al. 1980). Ihre biomechanische Effizienz ist von der jeweiligen Kniestellung abhängig, da der Insertionswinkel in das Tibiaplateau von der Knieflexion abhängt.
