Zusammenfassung
Die Präzision der Plazierung der tibialen und femoralen Bohrkanäle setzt anatomische Kenntnisse über den dreidimensionalen Verlauf des vorderen Kreuzbandes voraus. Um bei der Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes reproduzierbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen, ist die Replikation der normalen Ansatzgeometrie für den Transplantatverlauf wichtig (Purnell et al. 1988).
