Zusammenfassung

Die häufigste Klage schwangerer Frauen ist Atemnot. Die Schwangerschaftshyperventilation, Hyperzirkulation und die Gewichtszunahme bis zur mechanischen Behinderung der Ventilation durch den hochstehenden Uterus sind hierfür physiologische Ursachen.
