Zusammenfassung
Die klinische Untersuchung des Thorax bleibt trotz aller fortgeschrittenen technisch-diagnostischen Möglichkeiten, die primär überlegen zu sein scheinen, unverzichtbar. Sie ist es, die die Indikation zu weiterführender, oft sehr teurer Diagnostik vernünftig zu stellen erlaubt. Anamnese, Inspektion, Palpation und Perkussion bleiben daher daher unabdingbar.
