Zusammenfassung
Jede O2-Gabe, die länger als 15 h/Tag über mehr als 3 Monate indiziert ist, bezeichnet man als Sauerstofflangzeittherapie (O2-LZT). Ziel jeder O2-Atmung ist, hypoxische Gewebeschäden zu verhindern. Durch die O2-LZT soll möglichst über 24 h die arterielle Hypoxämie normalisiert werden.
