Interstitielle Lungenerkrankungen bei Systemerkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Eine Entzündung pulmonaler Gefäße erfolgt meist auf dem Boden systemischer Vaskulitiden. Im Folgenden sollen diese neben den selteneren auf die Lunge beschränkten Vaskulitiden dargestellt werden. Gelegentlich kann es auch im Rahmen von Kollagenosen bzw.bei der rheumatoiden Arthritis im Rahmen einer generalisierten Rheumavaskulitis zu einer pulmonalen Angiitis kommen (s. Abschn. 25.2).
