Zusammenfassung

Das Lungenemphysem ist pathologisch-anatomisch definiert. Man versteht darunter eine irreversible abnorme Erweiterung der lufthaltigen Räume distal der Bron-chioli terminales, die von einer Destruktion der Alveolarsepten begleitet ist.
