Zusammenfassung

Nach klinisch-praktischen Gesichtspunkten haben die einzelnen Erkrankungen des Herzens eine unterschiedliche Wertigkeit hinsichtlich Morbidität und den Möglichkeiten des diagnostischen und therapeutischen Zugangs. Außerdem stehen je nach dem klinischen Bild einmal mehr diagnostische Überlegungen mit Fragen nach der Ätiologie und ein andermal mehr therapeutische Erwägungen im Vordergrund. Deshalb ergeben sich unterschiedliche Einteilungen der entzündlichen Erkrankungen des Herzens.
