Zusammenfassung
Neurogene Blasenentleerungsstörungen bei Kindern sind überwiegend durch angeborene, offene oder geschlossene (von Haut bedeckte) Hemmungsmißbildungen verursacht. Leichte Grade vor allem geschlossener Spaltbildungen haben im allgemeinen keine urologischen Ausfallserscheinungen. So läßt sich eine einfache Spina bifida occulta, ein Fusionsdefekt der Wirbelbögen, meistens des 4. und/oder 5. Lumbalwirbels, röntgenologisch in bis zu 15% der Bevölkerung nachweisen, ohne daß signifikant eine Dysfunktion des unteren Harntraktes besteht.
