Zusammenfassung

Anästhesisten werden häufig gerufen, wenn es gilt, schwerkranke Kinder zu betreuen. Absprachen mit einem (oder mehreren) Kollegen sowie mit erfahrenem Pflegepersonal sind unabdingbar zur optimalen Versorgung. Das Erheben der Anamnese, die korrekte klinische Untersuchung, die (Differential-) Diagnostik und die Behandlung müssen praktisch gleichzeitig ablaufen. Eine gute Koordination ist deshalb essentiell.
