Zusammenfassung

Die meisten Medikamente werden bei Kindern aller Altersgruppen eingesetzt, obwohl die wissenschaftlichen Informationen unvollständig sind und Restriktionen von Hersteller- oder behördlicher Seite bestehen. Allerdings ist darauf zu achten, dass v. a. bei Neugeborenen und kranken Patienten große Variationen in der Pharmakokinetik und der Pharmakodynamik bestehen.
