Fe—Y Iron—Yttrium

Abstract

The feature of the Fe-Y phase diagram shown in Fig. 98 is essentially the one suggested by Domagala et al. [1]. A summary and critical assessment of the literature and experimental results reported up to 1961 pertaining to this system has been carried out by Gschneidner [2]. More recent work has been concentrated on a re-investigation of the intermetallic compounds.
