Zusammenfassung
Bisherige Untersuchungen zur Durchblutung des Myokards unter Isofluran zeigen kontroverse Resultate: einerseits wird eine Abnahme der myokardialen Durchblutung mit einem unveränderten oder nur minimal abnehmenden Gefäßwiderstand [2, 9, 10], andererseits eine schwach [14] bzw. stark zunehmende Durchblutung des Myokards [3, 15] mit einer deutlichen Abnahme des Koronargefäßwiderstands beschrieben.
