Volatile Anästhetika haben einen starken Einfluß auf das kardiovaskuläre System jeder untersuchten Spezies, und jedes Anästhetikum zeigt mit unterschiedlich breitem Spektrum dosisabhängige Wirkungen auf Organe und Gewebe von Herz und Gefäßsystem.
