Zusammenfassung

In einer gemeinsamen Stellungnahme der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Perinatale Medizin und der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe (Bericht der Standardkommission „Infektionen in der perinatalen Medizin“) wurde eine Empfehlung zum Vorgehen bei Chlamydia-trachomatis-In-fektion in der Schwangerschaft veröffentlicht (Hoyme 1992). Demnach wurde ein routinemäßiges Screening auf Chlamydien in der Schwangerschaft empfohlen. Dies sollte bei der ersten Schwangerschaftsvorsorgeuntersuchung und in der 30. bis 34. Woche nach Information und Einverständnis vorgenommen werden.
