Zusammenfassung
Die Gliederung des Darmes beginnt mit der Bildung der vorderen und hinteren Darmbucht bei der Abfal-tung des Embryo von der Keimscheibe (Abb. 6–8, 6–9), dabei grenzt sich der intraembryonale Teil des Dottersackes als Anlage des Darmsystems vom extraembryonal bleibenden und rudimentär werdenden sekundären Dottersack ab. Während der Nabelbildung (siehe dort) ist der intraembryonale Darm über den Ductus vitellinus mit dem extraembryonalen Teil des Dottersacks verbunden (Abb. 20–1 und 20–2). Die so entstandene Anlage des Darmsystems wäre als Darm„rohr“ zu einfach beschrieben: Schon sehr früh zeigt der Kopfdarm eine Anpassung an das massive mesodermale Relief der Kopfregion in Form der Pharyngealbögen, indem die Zwischenräume zu Pharyngealtaschen ausgeweitet werden.
